I work with Fred in his capacity as the Academic Computing Director for the School of Continuing Education of the North Orange Community College District. If you were to summarize Fred in one word, it would be innovator. Fred is always looking to improve the academic computing environment to make his constituents more efficient so they can focus on what matters most: giving students the best education possible. Fred and I have worked on a number of projects together including the Student Generated Content Model, restructuring his imaging and media workflows, and improving on instructional and administrative processes for the campus. He has been an outstanding customer and has taught me a lot about the Higher Education environment. I hope I can continue to work with Fred in the future.
