Marilyn and I have worked together for the last 5 years. If you ever have the opportunity to meet Marilyn, you will find that she is incredibly passionate about making the lives of her students better. She always has an inspiring story about how one of her students have left Pasadena to conquer some part of the world. Her door is always open and she is always welcoming. If we had more people like Marilyn in education, the world would be a much better place! It has been a joy to work with her on coordinating projects, lab refreshes, and presentations at Pasadena City College. I hope to continue to work with her in the coming years.
